"Stretching can prevent muscle tension and bring your body back into a more balanced state ." This is something I read a month ago. Well, I can't say that I've had problems with coordination in the past. You don't need to have perfect balance to sit in a chair all day. But when I tried to ride a bike a few years ago, something felt different. I couldn't keep my balance and started leaning this way and that again and again. Today, I have no idea why such a simple task was so difficult for me, but I'm proud to haveĀ  finally proven that gravity is the boss .
