Some studies have shown that stretching exercises can also help prevent arteriosclerosis and lower cholesterol and control blood sugar levels by increasing blood flow to all internal organs. So I decided to prove this point myself. Before the experiment, I didn't care much about my health. Lack of regular exercise, poor diet, and a sedentary lifestyle all led to high cholesterol and blood sugar levels. However, regular stretching has helped me so much  that my blood test results have returned to normal.
