What Changed After Stretching For 10 Minutes A Day For 30 Days?

5. My back pain has gone away.

Persistent back pain is what prompted me to start this experiment. I had always heard that stretching can help heal or prevent back pain by strengthening muscles and reducing the risk of muscle strains. To my surprise, it was true. Being sedentary and with practically no time to do a full-fledged workout every day, I needed to choose something that could reduce back stiffness and restore mobility to my hip muscles without taking up too much of my time. As it turned out, stretching was a great choice. After a month of doing stretching exercises, I was finally able to get rid of the pain and pain. In addition to that, my muscles were also stronger and my shoulder stiffness was gone.
