What Changed After Stretching For 10 Minutes A Day For 30 Days?

6. I feel less fatigued.

I used to have a hard time staying awake during a long day at work  . Around mid-afternoon, I felt so tired and lethargic that all I could think about was a safe place to take a nap while my boss was busy with other things. By stretching for 10 minutes every day at my desk, my  energy levels have improved significantly . I no longer feel lazy. On the contrary, I am more productive at work and I have even gotten into the habit of taking a walk during my lunch break. Say goodbye to midday fatigue!
