7. I can finally feel my body.

Of course, stretching is a great way to get a beautiful body. But that's not the point here. For me, stretching has become a way to get my body back . If you sit at a desk all day, you literally can't feel your legs on the way home from work. That's what it was for me. But when I started stretching, I realized that my body actually needed more attention than I thought it did . The increased awareness of my body that came as a result of stretching helped me continue to stretch in a smarter way, targeting muscles that were weak and needed to be tightened.
