What Changed After Stretching For 10 Minutes A Day For 30 Days?

1. I don't always feel cold.

You probably know that stretching increases blood supply to muscle tissue  . However, for me personally, I never thought that this benefit would extend beyond just my muscles, but also to my internal organs and all parts of my body. When I didn't move much, my hands and feet were always cold, especially. Whatever I did to warm my body, it didn't help in the long run. After a few minutes of exercise, my palms were frozen again. By making stretching a habit, I  was able to enhance the transport of oxygen and nutrient-rich blood to my entire body . This improved circulation helped all parts of my body to naturally maintain a normal temperature.
