5. Pull-ups

This exercise will strengthen your lats and biceps while creating a beautiful V-shaped back. If you can't do it yet, you can use a pull-up machine to compensate for some of your body weight. Start with a wide grip with your hands facing outwards. The wider the grip, the more your lats will be worked. Raise your head until it is over the bar. Return to the starting position.
