Steps to follow: While sitting on the ground, place a tennis ball under one buttock. Gently roll your body back and forth on the ball until you feel the source of pain. With the ball in this position, bend the knee of the same leg and place the foot on the other knee. Place your hands on the ground behind you for balance.
